Two-Channel CW Laser Diode Driver features MCU interface

Supplied in 5 x 5 mm, 28-pin QFN package and operating from 2.8–8 V supply, iC-HT permits MCU-based activation of laser diodes in CW mode. Laser diodes can be driven by optical output power using APC; laser diode current using ACC; or full, controller-based power control unit. Max laser diode current per channel is 750 mA, and both channels can be switched in parallel for laser diode currents up to 1.5 A. Also, current limit can be configured for each channel.
