Product Description
The CytoFluor Multi-Well Series 4000 Temperature Controlled Fluorescence Plate Reader quantifies soluble and cell-associated fluorescence which is measured by a photomultiplier tube in a light-proof detection chamber. The detected fluorescence data is displayed as arbitrary fluorescence units (AFU). You control the action of the scanner through software (included) that runs on an external PC (not included). This system has been thoroughly tested by our scientific staff and was found to meet all operating requirements.
