Brief Introduction of  Heatless regenerative regenerative desiccant dyer

    Heatless regenerative air compressor air dryer is based on pressure swing adsorption. The

adsorption system can be understood that it happens under the van der Waals force, during high water vapor pressure adsorption processes, the van der Waals force of moist air is less than desiccant, it means its keeping moisture ability is less than desiccant, the rate of desiccant water adsorption is faster than desorption. As the adsorption goes on, the adsorbate density of adsorbent surface increased gradually, the adsorption rate is slower and slower, meanwhile the rate of desorption is  faster and faster. When the adsorption rate is equal to the desorption rate, the adsorption  equilibrium reaches. Similarly, pressure swing adsorption technology is used in desorption process, desorption gas uses the dry gas of the dryer outlet and reduces pressure in throttling process,  now, the partial pressure of water vapor is far less than  saturated vapor pressure, there’ll be a  trend for the air absorbs moisture to improve water vapor partial pressure, thus the absorbed  moisture of adsorbent completes desorption, then enters next adsorption cycle, desorption and adsorption process can be simply understood as a "tug of war" between adsorbent (alumina) and adsorbate carrier (air). As resurgent and original gas are homologous, its structure is very simple and easy to operate. It is quite suitable for the post-processing of small and medium-sized air compressor.
