Dust gas by bottom of open flange get into the filter chamber, a coarse particle directly fall into the ash bin. Dust gas through the filter bag, dust was left on the surface of filter bag. Clean air throught the pocket get into the clean air chamber and the fan is vented to open air. When the filter bag surface dust continue to increase, the PLC controller began to work, open one pulse valve, make the compressed air through the nozzle of the filter bag for blowing ash removal, make the filter bag suddenly expansion,under the action of reverse flow,the filter bag surface dust quickly from the filter bag, fall into the ash bin and was discharged by valve.
