Centrifugal scraper film evaporator evaporates or distills the uniform liquid film formed by revolving the liquid at high speed. It can conduct unit operations such as deodorizing, deaeration, heating and cooling. It is widely used in Chinese and western pharmacy, food industry, petroleum, chemistry, etc.
Compared with the gap-fixed type scraper film evaporator, its evaporating capacity increases by 40~ 69%.
Characteristics:
1. High heat transfer coefficient, large evaporating capacity, evaporation intensity up to 200kg/m²•hr, and high heat efficiency.
2. Short material heating time, 5~10 seconds. Vacuum working condition is more beneficial for materials of thermal sensitivity.
3. Wide range of viscosity variation for materials treated.
4. The treating time of the materials in the evaporator is adjustable by changing the slanting direction of the scrapper groove.
5. Shell inner wall surface of the evaporating section is treated by precise boring and finishing, so the surface is not easy to coke or encrust.
6. Easy operation and easy adjustment of product indicator. It can work continuously by self-controlling in closed space.
7. Small floor area occupation, simple structure, easy maintenance and cleaning.
