Product Description
YJ-III-MJ terry rapier loom adopts electronic let-off and electronic take-up, servo motor-looping system, has most advanced electronic controlling capability, loop formation can be changed freely from 3~7 picks, and weft density can be changed automatically while the loom is running.
This model loom can not only weave common terry fabric, but also can weave up and down loop, high and low loop, wave-pile patterns, single cover loop and other top grade terry towel. Direct motor is an option for this model looms with the advantages of convenient maintenance and saving power.

Driving control: rated three-phase 7.5kw motor, Electro-magnetic brake-cloth unit.
Direct drive: fast reactive permanent super motor with low power consumption
Shedding motion: High-speed electronic dobby with max. 20 shafts or Electronic Jacquard.
Looping motion: Servo motor control, dynamic loop control, loop is formed by sley movement. Automatic looping and switching from 3~7 picks.
Loop height: 0~17mm (at will)
Beat-up motion: Conjugated cams in two sides with cam followers
Let-off motion: Continuous, electronically controlling let-off system.
