K&S 642

The K&S 642 is an euctectic die bonder with heated workholder. Add $400 for multicollet spindle.

JM Industries is selling this item in good condition and fully operational. The refurbished K&S 642 comes with a 30 day warranty. (extended warranties are available for an additional cost).
