Applications
The PDRS230 is mainly suitable for purifying and clarifying biological-
chemical medicament, dairy farming, and at present, many domestic customers choose the separator model PDRS230 for ink separation., It is also suitable for the pilot and R&D dept.
All parts in contact with the process liquid are made of fine stainless steel which is durable in use and corrosion resisted, it meets GMP grade .Drum is verified through precise Dynamic balancing with minimal vibration. This model adapts anti proof motor and widely used in the explosion proof demanding occasions.
Structure and Working Principle
The machine consists of a frame that has a horizontal shaft system, bowl, filter, and vertical shaft system.
When machine runs in high speed, different density of the light phase, heavy phase, solid particles obtained the different G force for separation.
Function :
1. Purifying.
Afflux water to the drum and form the water sealed layer after the machine reaches to the fixed speed, then feed the material ,light phase will moves towards the light phase outlet. Heavy liquid constantly replaces the sealing water and discharged from the heavy light phase outlet. The residue has to be discharged by manual after the machine stops.
2. Clarifying
Block the heavy liquid path by the impurity block ring(water- afflux is not allowed this moment)
When machine is rotary, the material is firstly entering into the gap between the disc stack and the inner wall of the bowl, under the action of the G force, impurities,residue and residual moisture will deposit on the wall of the inner bowl which have to be taken out by manual after machine stops working while the light phase liquid will be thrown out of the top light phase exit from the gap of the disc stack .
For ink purifying.
the max volume of the drum of this machine is 1.5 litres, with a dreg basket inside, when the dreg basket is about to full, the machine will stop, remove the drum cover and other parts, then take the dreg basket from inside, install it again after washing, ready to reuse. Therefore, the capacity and frequency of dismantlement solid content directly, also related to the solid particle size. Since it is a manual discharge machine, in order to improve the recovery rate of ink, you can let the residue stays in the drum for a relatively long time, thus, the residue will be more dry, to reduce the loss of ink. Of course, it will reduce the processing capacity.
