Introduction

The screw conveyor is typical of simple structure,low cost,good airproof and easy operation,etc.,capable of multi loading and uploading.It is vastly used in chemical,constructional,metallurgic environment,and grain warehouses.It has good performance when the slanting angle β<20°,characterized by fine conveying of low viscosity,constant performance,meterials not easy to adhere to each other.
The screw conveyor takes many types due to different uses and environments.For example,the vertical conveyor LC and LS-Y is fit for the blast furnace,specially used in the assimilation lime XP mono and double canal screw feeder.

Characteristic
1.Using double electromotors: feeding motor & vibrating motor , separately controlled .
2.Product funnel is design to be adjustably vibratile , which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.
3. Product funnel can separate from the tube for easy assembly.
4. Special anti-dust design to protect bearing from dust.
5. In order to convenience machine cleaning , following functions are added in : auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel , auger can be disassemblied for washing.
