Specifically designed for field use, the Agilent/HP N9340A provides good usability and exceptional performance for installation and maintenance, spectrum monitoring, and on-site repair tasks. It provides optional tracking generator and pre-amplifier.

The Agilent/HP N9340A offers

Usability optimized for field use. The 7.2 inch transflective LCD offers a clear picture even in strong sunlight; USB connectivity allows easy PC control and data transfer; four-hour battery life enables extended field time; multi-language UI makes operating easier.

Light weight, rugged and portable. At 3.5kg (with battery) the N9340A is specifically designed for field installation and maintenance tasks for military, wireless service providers (WSP), TV & broadcasting, and spectrum management authority.

Exceptional performance. Fast measurement speed helps capture transient signals and give a complete understanding of the spectrum. The unrivaled sweep time of 10 ms helps dramatically reduce field time and enhance productivity. Narrow RBW helps to resolve close-in signals. Low DANL allows you to detect low-level signals such as spurious and noise. Low SSB phase noise helps to detect low signals close to the carrier.

A superior combination of low displayed average noise level (DANL) and single sideband (SSB) phase noise coupled with narrower resolution bandwidth (RBW) means your signal measurements are more reliable and you will have more confidence in your test results. The N9340As low DANL and SSB phase noise helps you detect very low-level signals (spurs or noise) which are close to the carrier. You will avoid missing these difficult-to-identify signals, which would otherwise lead to an insufficient or even incorrect understanding of the spectrum.
