The Agilent 54121T oscilloscope's combination of high bandwidth and time domain reflectometry capability, make it the ideal instrument for characteristic impedance applications and high speed telecom and microwave analysis.
The 10 ps time interval accuracy and the 0.25 ps time interval resolution reduce errors in digital timing measurements.
Time and voltage histograms provide the eye patterns in digital communications and quantify noise and jitter measurements.
A 17.5 ps rise time pulse generator provides the stimulus for transmission line characterization and all TDR/TDT applications.
