The Keithley 619 ohms measurement range is from 2 kO (0.1 O resolution) to 2 TO. The volts measurement range is from 200 mV (1 µV resolution) to 200 V. The Keithley 619 is capable of 0.0005% resolution. It can be interfaced to any programmable measurement system utilizing the IEEE-488 Interface bus.
