RF Power Amplifer 10 kHz - 250 MHz, 25 W CW

The 25A250A is an RF Power Amplifier. It is a self-contained, broadband unit designed for laboratory applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and moderate power output are required.

Utilization of push-pull MOSFET circuitry lowers distortion, improves stability and allows operation into any load impedance without damage
When used with an RF sweep generator, provide a minimum swept power of 25 W
Includes a front panel control for setting output level
Provides readily available RF power
RF susceptibility testing, antenna and component testing
Watt meter calibration, and use as a driver for higher power amplifiers
Switching power supply with universal and autoranging input

Gain (at max. setting): 44 dB
Harmonic distortion: -20 dBc max. bei 15 W
Remote interface IEEE 488, RS -232 (optional)
Automatically accept from 90 to 135 V AC or from 180 to 270 V AC at 47 to 63 Hz
