Product Description
The Tecan Carousel HS is the fastest random access carousel on the market with a worst case access time of 14 seconds (random access). It speeds up processes on Genesis instruments that require a medium storage capacity. Stacks of the Tecan Carousel HS are compatible with those of the Tecan Carousel. The stacks can be transferred from one carousel to another and can be configured for different types of plates. 189 microplates (198 microplates when no barcode reading is required), 99 halfheight plates, 63 deepwell plates. Average access time of <11 seconds (random access). Even shorter access times with sequential access. Plates can be accessed randomly or according to a defined sequence. Storage cassettes can be configured to support microplates, deepwell or halfheight plates. Storage cassettes can be transferred from one carousel to another. Includes 9 stacking columns.
