Product Description

Technical characteristics

1. The machine body use optimized design by CAD/CAM, wide bed & wide column structure,
casting process use superior quality resin sand, times effect of aging treatment times, with
strong shock-absorbing ability, excellent overall rigidity.

2. spindle head balance device is nitrogen balance system.

3. Large Lead Precision Ball Screw coupled with precision angular contact ball bearings by pre-loaded installation, feeding accurately, and strong workload.

4. The rectangular guide-way are contacted by Friction which pasted Turcite-B wearable film, with scraped extraordinarily.

5. It has designs of wide machine body, long bed, whole traverse supporting of worktable
and strong loading.

6. Use high-power servomotor for drive, carrying capability.

7. Fully enclosed Electric cabinets, combined with air circulation design, dustproof, ventilation,
cooling effect are good.
