The E5382A single-ended flying lead set is useful for acquiring signals from dispersed locations or when a mass connection scheme is not available. This probe comes with a variety of high performance accessories that can be used to connect to designed-in connectors or solder attached to surface mount components, vias, pads, traces, and other PC board elements. The E5382A can be used with any Agilent logic analyzer with a 90-pin cable connector, and is capable of acquiring data at the maximum rate of the logic analyzer that it is connected to.
- 17 channels: 16 single-ended data, 1 single-ended or differential clock
- 1.3 pF equivalent load capacitance
- 1.5 Gb/s maximum data rate
- Measure signals with as little as 250 mVp‑p signal amplitude
- Minimum diff clock voltage swing: 100 mVp‑p each side
- Input dynamic range: -3 Vdc to +5 Vdc
- Threshold range: -3.0 V to +5.0 V
- Maximum nondestructive input voltage: ±40 Vdc, CAT 1 (mains isolated)
- Maximum input slew rate: 5 V/ns
- Acquire signals from randomly located parts in the target
- Compatible with logic analyzers with 90-pin cable connectors
- Variety of supplied accessories creates maximum probing flexibility
