Technics 500-II Plasma System* System is fully refubished - Ready to ship.
* The Stripping/Cleaning 500-II low temperature plasma
system is designed for production use in photoresist
stripping of high resolution integrated circuits, organic
ashing, surface cleaning and treatment, and trace elements
studies.
* System can accommodate up to a 6" wafer.
* Chamber size is 10"
* 500 Watt Power supply running at 30 Khz.
* System needs a D8 or D16 vacuum pump
